THE CLASSES
Adult Foundation
Learn moves seen in music videos and performed by pop artists, in a safe learning environment. Suitable for everyone, from absolute beginners through to those who have a basic grounding that they wish to build on.
The class is 1hr: It will start with a short warm up followed by some basic skills and a fun routine. New material is covered every week so you can join at any time!!
