Dance Style:
It's a Commercial Dance class! The best way of thinking of it is: music videos and pop artists! It's big, bold and draws from a wide range of dance styles.
Who's it for?
Anyone who has wanted to move to music! 'Foundation' ranges from absolute beginners to those who use to dance and want to get back in to it. Int/Adv is aimed at those who have danced before or people who have done the foundation class and are looking for more of a challenge.The classes are aged 16+ but we have a full age range attend, from teens to 60s! They are fun friendly classes where there's no silly questions. The idea is to learn, have fun and meet new people.
The Teachers:
Classes are taught by Claire (Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Pixie Lott, Take That) and/or Lee (Rihanna, Cheryl, Little Mix), or one of their friends with a similar background. They use their experience, both within the professional dance industry and within a huge range of teaching roles, to ensure everyone has a great time and feels like they're ready to step into a music video!
Class Format:
Foundation is 1hr15mins and Int/Adv is 1hr30mins, They will start with a short warm up followed by some basic skills and a fun routine. New material is covered every time so you can join at any time!!
How much is it?
£12 a class or £10 a class when you book both classes together. Payable online, there are no course bookings fees or registration fee!
What do I wear?
Wear whatever you are comfortable in! We suggest joggers or leggins, a t-shirt and trainers. We recommend that you bring a water bottle too! Class T-Shirts are available, but will always be optional.
